Featured white wine

uNITY cHARDONNAY – $32.99

The 2021 Unity Chardonnay is a white wine produced and bottled by Fisher Vineyards from a blend of fruit from Sonoma and Mendocino Counties in California. It has a pale straw color with a slight green hue and aromas of lemon, citrus blossom, and brioche. The wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 15 months on primary lees, with bi-monthly batonage, and has native malolactic fermentation. It has flavors of Golden Delicious apple and vanilla, with some oaky notes of butter.

2022 Pieropan Soave – $24.99

Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish hints. The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan. Good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity that enhances its long length. This wine makes an excellent partner for soups, starters, especially vegetable based such as asparagus, peas, courgette, egg-based dishes or seafood and fresh water fish dishes. It is an excellent aperitif, especially when served with simple canapés.

2022 Language of yes les fruits – $28.99

A stylish rosé from the Central California Coast with sliced peach, light cherry, mineral, dust and pomegranate character, but not overdone. It’s medium-bodied with pretty fruit. Some strawberry pastry flavor, yet it remains fresh and lightly minerally. An interesting blend of mostly grenache with some cinsault and a touch of tibouren.

2023 Ageere, txakoli rose $26.99

The **Agerre Txakoli de Getaria Rosé** is a slightly sparkling rosé wine from the Basque Country in northern Spain. It is made by the Agerre family, who have been producing wine for three generations on their hillside vineyards overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The wine is crafted from **Hondarrabi Beltza**, a native grape variety, and fermented with native yeasts. This rosé is known for its **crisp and refreshing** qualities, featuring a slight natural effervescence. It delivers flavors of **fresh strawberries** and **red apples**, making it an ideal pairing for THANKSGIVING TURKEY AND ALL THE FIXINS!

2019 finca malvaveina perelda – $36.99

This is an exceptional red wine hailing from the Empordà region of Catalonia, Spain. This distinguished wine is a blend of traditional Spanish grapes, including Garnacha, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, carefully crafted to create a rich and complex flavor profile. SEPTEMBER’S wine region spotlight

Empordà region of Catalonia, Spain.

The local winemaking tradition began during the Roman Empire. Around the 6th century B.C., the wine culture was introduced to the region and the wine trade was developed. Like many winemaking regions in Spain, Emporda's winemaking relied on monks and monasteries in the Middle Ages. Red wines are the focus of Emporda wines, accounting for about 60% of the total production, and are often aged. It’s rich and complex, with pronounced fruit aromas and spice notes.
